This is an amazing realtor!!! I thought my house value was less.....Silvia knew right away its correct value. I was a little concerned about putting a sign up on mi property. Silvia reassured me and let me know often its a ways people in the area let friends and family know a home is for sale. Interestingly a few days later......friends of my neighbor saw my house because of the sign. They made an offer and house was sold.
