Silvia is the best realtor in the business, knew the pricing range, staging, lighting, just perfect oh and the drone shots where amazing. Our house sold in 13 days and had 2 sets of backup buyers incase it fell through because of how good Silvia is. Case in point 3 houses in the neighborhood listed at the same time and 2 of them are still for sale 7 months later with no offers. Silvia and I debated alot on some things but she was right at every instances. You need to use Silvia or waste time and energy using someone else!
