My wife and I recently moved to Viera, FL from Central Illinois. We wouldn't have trusted anyone other than Silvia to help us do this! This will be the seventh home I've purchased in my adult life, so I've used many different realtors in my time. My wife and I are the types of people that are constantly looking through homes online on our own when we are looking to purchase, and every single other time we've purchased a home, we found it on our own and sent it to our realtor. We were looking just as hard this time, but Silvia worked even harder. She found us a house before it even hit the market that was everything we wanted and more. Especially since we were moving from 18 hours away, we needed a realtor that we could trust, and she blew our expectations away. We bought the house sight unseen (after only seeing pictures online) because we knew that we could trust Silvia. I cannot emphasize enough how amazing this realtor is. She was always prompt, communicated excellently, and always made us feel like we were in good hands. It sounds like I'm over exaggerating, but she really is that good!! I will never use a different realtor again. She has been a true blessing from God.
