My experience with Silvia has been amazing! I hope my review will give you confidence in selecting Silvia Mozer for your agent. We have been trying to sell our Florida home from Tucson AZ for nearly a year with no luck from our original agent. The only advice I received from my original agent was to lower the price. Since I only had a little over a month left on my relocation benefits, I decided to chance and switch to a new agent. I found Silvia online and her resume of herself was very compelling and I can tell you from my experience it is on par! Silvia advised me to invest a little in cleaning the home and painting inside. She was able to find me great deals using contractors she knew to save me money. When we were ready to list, it only took a week and we had a buyer under contract!!! I was able to sale my home within 2% of my asking price! Silvia was superb at negotiating and keeping the buyer interested. During my whole experience she was always responsive immediately answering my emails, text, or phone calls even though she had other clients, she would reply promptly once she had the opportunity. She even took the job to represent me for a pay cut since my relocation company wanted 40% from her commission for finder's fee which I think is ridiculous from my relocation company. Silvia is fabulous!! She put so much effort into making this sale happen and made it organized and smooth-flowing. There were numerous roadblocks to overcome with the Seller because he flip-flopped continually throughout the process and was generally a difficult person to work with. I really don't think anyone else would have persevered, but she did! She creatively resolved the owner's issue after issue and we made it to the closing sooner than expected. She is extremely considerate. The owner left a big mess behind and she took it upon herself to engage a cleaning person so I wouldn't be disheartened during the pre-closing walk-through. I was and am so impressed with her sensitivity, intelligence, and her consummate professionalism. I give her 5 stars in every skill.
