My wife and I have dealt with several realtors over the past several years (retired military), so when we decided to sell our house, we interviewed a few realtors. So, yes, there are some realtors who offer lower commission rates (we interviewed them) but they won't get you the highest price for your house. Silvia WILL, and in the end, that means more money in your pocket. She's the total package and you want her working for you.

In early 2015 my wife and I decided to put our 10 acre horse property on the market and move to a location more commute friendly to our work. We had always loved the Merritt Island area for its vast friendly river communities and were the perfect location for our commute. We had invested numerous hours with various agents looking for that waterfront dream home while selling our home.
